Dylan Sprouse jumped into action to protect his property from a trespasser.

The former *Suite Life of Zack & Cody* star tackled an alleged attempted home invader on the lawn of his Hollywood Hills estate on Friday morning, the *Los Angeles Times* reported, citing a source familiar with the matter.

Sprouse's wife, model Barbara Palvin, called the Los Angeles Police Department around 12:30 a.m. local time to report a possible burglary, the outlet reported.

Sprouse held the individual at gunpoint until authorities arrived, TMZ reported.

Representatives for Sprouse, Palvin, and the Los Angeles Police Department did not immediately respond to **'s request for more information.

The suspect, whose identity has not been released, was taken into custody on outstanding warrants, the *Times* reported, noting that no one suffered any injuries and that the individual did not enter the Sprouses' home.

TMZ also published a video showing the LAPD detaining the suspect outside the couple's home.**

Sprouse began his career on the '90s ABC sitcom *Grace Under Fire*, in which he played the young son Patrick alongside his twin brother, Cole.

After appearances in films like *Big Daddy*, *The Astronaut's Wife*, and *The Master of Disguise*, the Sprouses became two of Disney Channel's biggest stars thanks to their roles on *The Suite Life of Zack & Cody*, which ran from 2005 until 2008. They also starred on its follow-up series, *The Suite Life on Deck*, which ran from 2008 until 2011.
