Diallo tells PEOPLE that her experience welcoming her second baby boy into the world was nothing short of "transformative."
"My birth experience was transformative," she says. "It stretched me, grounded me, and changed me in ways I’m still unpacking, but it was ultimately empowering and deeply meaningful."
The proud mom tends to keep her family life private, shielding her life as a mom away from the public eye. In fact, she only recently revealed that she welcomed her older son in 2024. After sharing footage and pictures from her maternity shoot, Diallo shared a picture of her family on Instagram, reflecting on how joyous motherhood has been for her.
"1 year & 6 months of you," she began her caption. "Some joys are sweeter when savored slowly. We wanted to get to know our son without the world watching. To learn ourselves in this new role as parents. We wanted to be present, without the pressure to share. & It felt good to have something that was just ours.""Twenty slides isn’t close enough to capture this experience. We laughed, we cried, we traveled, we loved, we lived, we grew, we learned, we expanded... Thank you for making us parents, & for allowing us to love and pour into you fully," she added. "A year and half of firsts. - nene & baba 🫂."
