Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Kid Rock are teaming up to push the Trump administration’s Make America Healthy Again initiative.
On Tuesday, Feb. 17, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, 72, and the "All Summer Long" singer, 55, stripped down for a workout as they encouraged Americans to do the same.
“I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” Kennedy wrote alongside the 90-second clip titled “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Workout.”

The video — which has Kid Rock’s 1999 hit “Bawitdaba” blaring in the background — begins with the pair posing shirtless before featuring a montage of them eating, holding up the American flag and sitting in a vintage car.
Kennedy and Kid Rock hit the gym together, doing sit-ups and leg and arm curls. They’re also seen riding a stationary bike and doing push-ups in a sauna, where the musician holds up his middle finger at the camera.
Kennedy then does a cold plunge while still wearing jeans before joining Kid Rock for a game of pickleball. The video ends with the pair soaking together in a hot tub, clinking and drinking glasses of milk as “Whole Milk” flashes over the clip.

The video closes with “Make America Healthy Again.”

The bizarre collaboration comes after Kennedy introduced new dietary guidelines for Americans, a shocking reversal of several past recommendations. Unveiling an “upside down” pyramid, as Kennedy described, the guidelines prioritize foods like steak, whole milk, cheese and vegetables.
“My message is clear: Eat real food,” he said last month during a press briefing.
Kid Rock is a known supporter of Kennedy and the Trump administration. The singer recently headlined Turning Point USA’s All-American Halftime Show, the conservative group’s alternative programming to the 2026 Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show.
The event was created after Puerto Rican reggaeton rapper Bad Bunny would be taking the stage as the Super Bowl Halftime Show performer, sparking backlash from conservatives, including President Donald Trump.
